Chef Tsukasa

Tsukasa-san, born and raised in Osaka, Japan, is a humble but skilled sushi chef well known among his peers in the front range region of Colorado. He has been in the United States for thirty years. After spending a good number of time at Sushi Tora, a famous sushi restaurant in Boulder, he decided to open his own restaurant at a corner of Niwot Market.
